Who we are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
We started Timeless Bonds to help endangered youths escape a life of severe poverty, limited educational and career opportunities and the possibility of domestic violence. Our focus is on empowering youths to make the best of their lives through counseling, health care, educational opportunities and vocational training.

R. Spanky Macher
Founder and CEOSpanky is the founder and CEO of Timeless Bonds. With a passion for empowering vulnerable youths, Spanky provides strategic leadership and vision of the Organization. He brings extensive experience in nonprofit management and a deep commitment to serving the needs of vulnerable teen girls.
Roland C. Macher
CFOAs the Chief Financial Officer, Roland oversees Timeless Bonds’ financial operations and planning. With a strong background in finance and accounting and a degree in Law, he ensures the financial sustainability and accounting of Timeless Bonds and the success of both the youths we are helping and the organization overall.
Dr. Wia-Mae Koha Mmari
Program CoordinatorWia-Mae coordinates the programs and services offered by Timeless Bonds an interfaces with the Sisters of Maua. With her background in social work and community development, Wia-Mae oversees the implementation and evaluation of programs to meet the needs of vulnerable teen girls. Wia-Mae runs the Board of Directors in Africa as she is directly involved in both the American branch of Timeless Bonds and that of Tanzania. She works directly with the Sisters of Maua to achieve the goals of Timeless Bonds.
Jocelyn M. Abrams
Special Projects Coordinator and Social Media ManagerJocelyn is the Special Projects Coordinator and Social Media Manager and works tirelessly to see our Grant opportunities. With a background in Grant writing, proposals, business law, and establishing a social media presence for Timeless Bonds her skills are used to bring our funded projects to fruition. In addition to these tasks she also assists the CEO with day-to-day operation of the Organization in Roanoke, Virginia.
Jeffrey Golden
Member – Board of DirectorsJeffrey is a lifelong resident of New York City with BA from CUNY Brooklyn and attended Ithaca College. He has spent his entrepreneurial career working in both the apparel and real estate industries. He currently lives in both NYC and Los Angeles and has two children who he adores.
